To develop, establish and manage the Contact Center to provide an efficient
and comprehensive service to a specific account according to client requirements
& contractual KPIs.

Key Result Areas

1. Develop and establish a Contact Center account organization
2. Responsible for solving operational issues, sales, and productivity
3. Establish strong long term relationship with the client and its
representatives, and communicate on operational achievements and issues on a
regular basis
4. Develop and specify account operational objectives (medium-term and
annual planning) according to the Customer Relationship Management strategy and
to the quality standards
5. Explore new ideas, technologies, and methodologies that could be applied
to the account to ensure the development of the account and the performance of
account staff
6. Plan manpower and select staff which is (will be) subordinated
7. Plan annual target and conduct directly subordinated staff appraisals in
accordance with the company guidelines
8. Coordinate training needs of the unit and implement it as needed

The primary role of the jobholder is to align account operational strategies
to the overall contact center strategies and client strategies.
Boundaries:
The jobholder internal contacts are all Xceed departments, and the external
contacts are Xceed Clients through the account manger or as specified.
Constraints:
The jobholder works within the boundaries of the account SLA and the
organization corporate strategies approved for the operation of the Contact
Center.
Decision Making:
The job holder is authorized to exercise decision making in the Contact
Center and HR issues in coordination with HRM within the unit.

Minimum Qualifications (Job related skills, experience and education):



BS / MS in Electrical Engineering or similar Engineering discipline with at
least 3 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry, preferably in
wireless or broadband product development
At least 2 years of Technical Sales experience/role
Previous experience in business modeling, market studies…etc
A solid understanding of the protocols, hardware and/or software for
triple-play or quad-play data and telecommunications networks such as cable
broadband, wireless, or DSL and/or for video distribution systems.
Understanding and/or experience with Billing, Mediation and/or Broadband
workflow architectures and products
In-depth knowledge of data communication technologies [including GSM, GPRS,
3G, VOIP, CDMA, WiMax,LTE]
Strong interpersonal and communications skills; capable of writing proposals
or papers, acting as a vendor liaison, making presentations to customers or
client audiences or professional peers, and working closely with upper
management.
Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
Technical Expertise in two or more of the following:
Broadband Wireless design and test experience for mobile wireless such
CDMA 1X EV-DO, WiFi, or WiMAX
Radio Access Network equipment design, development or deployment
experience
RF Design Engineering such as coverage and link budgets
RF Engineering such RF equipment selection / evaluation for antennas and
TTLNAs
Wireless base station backhaul design and implementation
Simple IP or Mobile IP network design and testing experience
RF Mobility testing experience using equipment such as attenuators, signal

- Develop marketing and pricing plan for assigned brands.
- Control and coordinate marketing activities of the assigned brands.

Junior Security-Infrastructure Engineer
SUMMARY
Will be responsible for providing security & networking services to customers.

PRIMRY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Install, configure, and maintain different security & networking solutions and related equipment.
2. Implement network security, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users.
3. Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
4. Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
5. Identify utilization patterns and their effect on operation/system availability and performance expectations.
6. Establish and perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standards.
7. Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability.
8. Investigate, recommend and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize system availability.
9. Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
10. Provide hands-on training for customers as a part of the provided solutions.
11. Provide per-sales activities including presentations and solution design.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
· Communications or Computer Science graduates (preferred) Cairo, Ein Shams
· Language School graduates(preferred)
· CCNA , CCNP is prefered
· 0-1 years experience in WAN/LAN technology is preferred
· Very good knowledge in network switching & routing.
· Good Knowledge in security & security concepts.
· Good Knowledge in Windows platform
· Very good knowledge in *nix operating systems.
· Self motivated with a fast learning curve.
· Very good command of English.
· Very good presentation skills.
· Ability to work under pressure.
