Senior Brand Manager:

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop the marketing plan for the brand(s), devising proposed strategies that will enable the achievement of market share, volume and profit objectives.

Ensure sales volume achievement and targets. This involves day to day monitoring of sales rates as well as consumer off-take levels from outlets, coupled by regular trade visits to ensure a close and accurate outlook of the market

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:
Degree essential, MBA is a plus

Minimum 4-5 years experience in FMCG marketing, preferably within a multinational organisation

- Demonstrable track record of achievement in FMCG marketing
- Well developed knowledge and understanding of FMCG market characteristics and dynamics
- Strategic thinking capability
- Decision making at both strategic and operational levels
- Creativity
- Ability to translate concepts and ideas into practical plans and activities
- Analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility
- Ability to act independently with minimal supervision; self starter



National Sales Manager:

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company sales and distribution strategies. Help in developing company’s commercial, marketing and discipline policies.
Development of Sales Infrastructure and Organization in order to get the maximum out of the sales team to achieve the company goals and targets, the following activities are necessary:
Ensure that sales and distribution targets are met.
Quarterly/annually appraise the sales force direct and indirect.

Candidate Profile:

4-5 years experience in a similar position in FMCG
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Masters degree in Business Administration
Excellent knowledge in Marketing and Finance
