Description :

Serves as Committee Staff liaison
Coordinates activities of the Public Relation Committee
Takes minutes of committees meetings and assures the implementation of all decisions
Assists in conducting meetings as requested by Committee chairperson
Responsible for all preparation of events related to the committee and assist in the planning , promotion of other committees' events
Coordinates , writes and edits news releases in the association's newsletter, newspaper publications and all public relations activities
Responsible for securing all media logistics (photographer, audiovisual taping, etc. ) required for all the association's events
Helps in the development and implementation of the committee's annual work plan
Responsible for keeping track record of the committee transactions
In charge of filing of soft and hard copies of all documents
Develops a master listing of conventions and exhibits and records required
Write quarter and annual reports of the committees' performance and development

Qualifications :
- Relevant bachelor degree.
- be highly energetic, enthusiastic & career oriented.
- very presentable and has administrative skills.
- working hours are extendable with flexibility.

Experience :
2 - 3 Years related experience. Specific field preferred: PR & Maraketing.

Other Skills :
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Compensations :
1500 – 1800 L.E
Working hours 09:00-05:00
