Receptionist / Secretary

In a growing legal consultation office located in Mohandeseen, the following vacancy is urgently required.

Job Title Requested : Receptionist / Secretary

Reporting To : Chief Operating Officer/ Assistant
Expected hiring date : Immediate hiring
Expected Gross salary : from EGP1,200 to EGP2,000
Working Hours : 9am till 5pm
Days Off : 2 Days Friday & Saturday
Working Condition : Full Time
Years of Experience : Max 1 year experience
Language Skills : Fluent English is a must
Computer Skills : Background in accounting experience or study
English and Arabic Typing
Good knowledge of Microsoft office, Microsoft Outlook and internet.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Bi-lingual receptionist to answer multiple phonelines.
Must demonstrate great client service skills, polished, professional, mature and able to multi-task, with pleasant manners over the phone.
Managing simple accounting books.
Handling ad-hoc administrative duties.
Meeting and greeting duties.
Scheduling and calendar meetings duties.
Correspondence work.
Setting up conference rooms.
The package involves Training and Learning Fund sponsoring as well as additional study leaves.
