Systems/ Network Administrator

We are looking for:
* Systems/ Network Administrator

Systems/Network Administrator provides, systems technical support, helpdesk
functionality, desktop upgrades, SLA monitor/reporting, and also some systems
and network design. The role has primary responsibility for IT operations and
the support of all applications, and is key in providing technical support to

On a day-to-day basis, this position will work with numerous technologies
including: Windows 2003, RedHat Linux, Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP,
FTP, VPN, SQL, wireless networks, HP, Cisco Router/Switches/Firewalls, Network
Monitoring Tools, Open Source Software. Minimum 1+ years of helpdesk support.
Provide statistical reporting. Ensure custom and application SLAs. Establish
problem resolution and communication procedures. This is a great opportunity in

Required Experience:

•Minimum 1+ years experience in the support and installation of Microsoft
Desktop Operating Systems (Windows XP, 2000, NT) and applications (Outlook,
Office, SQL, etc.).
•Configure, and maintain desktop applications.
•Provide support for all systems, laptops, and network devices.
•Update tickets and ensure customer satisfaction.
•Experience working with either Linux or Unix operating systems with a minimum
of 1+ years of RedHat Linux experience.
•1+ years of building/configuring server hardware.
•Experience with HP/Compaq Proliant servers a plus.
•1+ years of configuring/troubleshooting Cisco networking equipment
•1+ years application/software support.
•Perform systems/software administration, backup/recover
