1st : Systems Analyst
Responsible for the definition and system design of a E-Government

Defines problems and develops Use case specifications, possibly
use case
realisation and development of test cases.
Participates in requirements planning and feasibility
Prepares system documentation, technical papers and reports.
Estimates resource such as manpower and/or computer capacity for
assigned projects.
Makes presentations/provides training to peers and management.
Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or engineering and related work
experience of over 6+ years.
Prior experience in RUP
Experience in J2EE environment
Exposure to IBM software product desirable
2nd Java Developers(Application Engineers)
Engineering Degree
Minimum 4 years in application development based on J2EE
strong experience in JSPs, EJBs, Struts
Experience in PL*SQL preferred
Certification in IBM Websphere Application Server & Portal
Administrator will be given preference
Should have good understanding of application deployment
Should have good problem determination capability
Knowledge of Oracle and DB2 will be an added advantage
3rd Database Administrator

Engineering Degree
Minimum 4 years of experience in Database Administration in Oracle 9i
Good knowledge of Database Operations
Experience in DB2 will be highly preferred
Exposure to IBM technologies such as Tivoli Access Manager,
Portal, will have an added advantage
Problem Solving:
Unusually high degree of creativity and analytical skill to solve
problems in area of specialty.
