· B.Sc. in Mechanical , Electrical , Petroleum, Control, Electronic oar Chemical engineering or equivalent
· Very good knowledge of written & spoken English language.

Experience:

· 10/ 8 years experience in the operation and / or maintenance of offshore oil / gas production facilities in process, plant and machinery (including gas turbines).

· Or instrumentation control systems, electronics or computerised process control systems maintenance of which three years should have been in an engineer / supervisory capacity.

Job Title:

Reports To:
Marketing Director

Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and implement strategic design of marketing initiatives in assigned areas such as, but not limited to, direct sales, promotional events, publications, publicity, marketing research,
recruitment, and advertising campaigns; research relevant issues, solicit input from appropriate sources, conduct strategic analyses, and propose and implement solutions and initiatives which will achieve identified objectives and goals.
- Plan and coordinate the preparation of various publications such as catalogs, seasonal and special brochures, flyers and posters; develop and maintain mailing lists for the distribution of various materials; develop policies and procedures for defining and tracking established and potential markets; coordinate the development and administration of data tracking
systems.
- Develop and maintain professional contacts and affiliations with the local and national news media to promote the dissemination of news and publicity related to assigned areas; develop and write news releases as appropriate.
- Maintain liaison with national and international sales representatives, business representatives and other individuals as necessary to accomplish marketing objectives; negotiate terms and agreements as appropriate to cultivate established and potential markets.
- Plan and develop marketing research strategies to identify appropriate markets and evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing plans; prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and conclusions.
- Determine fiscal requirements and prepare budgetary recommendations; monitor, verify and reconcile expenditure of budgeted funds.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Required Skills:
EDUCATION/TRAINING

Work requires communications, analytical and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program.

EXPERIENCE
Work requires one year experience in marketing, advertising, media, promotions, graphic arts, public relations, sales, or other related background to acquire skills necessary to plan, develop and implement marketing strategies in one or more specialty areas.

Senior Unix/Linux System Administrator

Required Skills:
Background:

- Experience in LDAP administration.
- Experience in MySQL and Apache.
- Experience working in a 24x7 operations environment.

- Understanding of TCP/IP theory, implementation and debugging.
- Understanding of Internet protocols (DHCP, DNS, SMTP, IMAP, POP, FTP, SSH, etc).
- Understanding of network hardware (L2/3 switches, routers, etc).
- Trouble-shooting problems involving business applications, OS software and server hardware.

Required skills:
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills; capable of acting as a vendor liaison; and capable of performing presentations to customer audiences or professional peers.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and completely.
- Ability to identify tasks which require automation and automate them.
- A solid understanding of a UNIX-based operating system (paging and swapping, inter-process communication, devices and device drivers, file-system concepts, can use performance analysis to tune systems).
- A solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts (understands principles of routing, client/server programming, and the design of consistent network-wide file-system layouts).

Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm. Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans.

2. Plan and administer the firms Marketing Operations budget; support development of r
egional marketing budgets.

3. Organize and implement client relations including:
- client satisfaction surveys
- client development activities
- client skills training
- special events

4. Supervise firms RFP protocol process including soliciting RFPs from desirable prospective clients and writing proposals for new business; participate in planning and presentation sessions, when assigned.

5. Oversee business development activities including:
- Efforts through Business Development Coordinator
- Assisting pre sales engineers in strategic planning for client presentations.
- Offer coaching for prospective client meetings, presentations, etc.
- Work with regional offices on designing and implementing prospecting and client contact systems.

6. Oversee corporate communications activities through Communications Coordinator including:

7. Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc.

8. Assist with and support firms involvement in various IT Industry networks including coordinating business development and marketing activities via these relationships.

9. Design and plan quarterly marketing training seminars for pre sales engineers and marketing assistants.

10. Oversee firms electronic marketing efforts including supervision of Web site design and maintenance.

11. Supervise Marketing Assistant, Client Services Administrator, Communications Manager, Practice Development Manager and Regional Marketing Manager(s). Make staffing and hiring decisions within marketing department.

Required Skills:
Education:

College degree required. Concentration in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.

Experience:
At least five years in marketing director role within professional services environment. Strong leadership and consensus building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program.

Required Skills:
Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with Business Development personnel at all levels in the organization. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.

Special Skills:
Master of Business Administration in IT marketing is a plus.
