HR Planning Coordinator

We have a vacant post from one of the Oil/ Gas industry located in Abu Dhabi

1-Planning Coordinator

--JOB PURPOSE

Analyzes various jobs and manpower data, statistics, reports and prepares findings and develops criteria for effective future statistics. Studies, reviews and follow-up on organizational changes
and personnel movement. Prepares company's final manpower statistics to Management and Shareholders.

--PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES

-Collects appropriate manpower resource data, statistics from various AHR sections for further analysis. Turns priority issues into progression action plan by preparing and producing a diversity of statistics and reports.
-Studies and analysis manpower resources data, statistics and reports and identifies present and future problems of the manpower resources in terms of the company's objectives and reports the findings and the changes affecting the company's objectives
-Participates in simulating and developing various strategical scenarios of future manpower resources requirements and assist Sr.
Planning Officer and Planning Systems Officers in preparing recommendation of long and mid –term plans. Continuous innovation in statistics to meet various priority company objectives of staffing.
-Develops and enhances various computer database programmes to facilitate statistical requirements which are permanently required on Departmental , Corporate and Shareholder's level.
-Reviews internal personnel changes and advise their implication on future strategies and identifies any internal and external barriers.
-Compiles necessary data for preparing Direct Hire, Contracted and Supplementary Manpower.
-Assists Sr. Planning Officer and Planning & Systems Officers in coordinating and following up various planning issues in AHR as assigned.
-Issues Requirement Reference and related position to Recruitment Services for Supplementary Manpower.
-Carries out other similar or related duties.
-Performs duties in a safe, professional and efficient manner, complying with HSE Requirements related to all job activities.
Familiarize & maintain proper and continuous knowledge of company's HSE procedures, rules and regulation & abide by them at all times.

--MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

-Diploma in Information
-Profound knowledge of programming and professional use of various Microsoft Offices application and Oracle
-3 years experience in related personnel planning statistics.
-Very good command of written and spoken English.
