Product Support Manager

A leading Development Company is seeking a Product Support Manager to lead one of its teams.

Responsibilities
- Study support contracts and identify requirements for satisfying them.
- Handle customer relationship to meet support expectations.
- Maintain periodic presentation for customers to demonstrate data-backed achievements that meet expectations.
- Supervise and lead a team of developers who handle daily customer support requests.
- Provide effective and timely service response for products with a support
contract to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage requests and operations issues to resolution.
- Originate and advance the best possible technical solutions to meet challenging customer requirements.
- Advocate for the customer throughout all areas of responsibility, guaranteeing that their needs are met.
- Define and refine support requests process and tools to better serve customer needs.
- Maintain unified vision and targets among the team.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement to the request flow until
its closure.
- Monitor turn around time of requests and quality of deliverables for all
support contracts and define corrective actions when needed.

Qualifications
- Preferably 1 year of experience in the Web Development field, preferably 2
years work experience or more.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Possess strong attention to details.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills combined with the ability to balance
multiple deadlines and priorities are vital to this position.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in team situations.
- Demonstrate an openness to new ideas and ability to present own ideas to team members
