Organizational Development Consultant

Job Responsibilities:
Provide innovative solutions in the areas of organization development, strategic staffing, training and development, performance measurement and management, remuneration and reward.
Provide input on career path process and succession planning based on job analysis and performance appraisals.
Partnering with the Human Resources section heads to gather feedback, prepare communications, recommend selection tools and implement HR initiatives.
Manage budgets for assigned projects

Job Requirements:
+10 years experiences
Strong business sense
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Team oriented and results driven
