Is looking to fill the following full time vacancy (Alexandria, Egypt Branch)

Customer Care Representative (Software Product) EXSYS Solutions

- He/she acts as first line support, this means that
- He/she acts as a channel for the majority of customer queries and incidents
- Provide on-site, customer support.
- Responsible for Software product introduction and Training.
- Follow up customer claims & problems.
- Assistance to customers. Explain & demonstrate the use of Software product.
- Monitoring of Software product performance.

General Requirements:
- Experience in Oracle 8i SQL - Fluency in English - Ambitious and self-confident - Ability to Work within a team environment.
