A Research multinational Company is seeking to fill a Research Manager position with the following requirements:
- Excellent technical research, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tactfully guide and advice team of research executives.
- Must be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and carry out effective problem solving.
- Bachelor degree (MBA or Master holders is a plus)
- 5-7 years marketing research experience
- Experience and exposure to the key consumer research types and methodologies used
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid record managing key client accounts; ability to manage, motivate and mentor less senior research executives.
- Familiarity with cultural diversities and experience in adapting research for local environment/constraints
